Adventure Overview

Day 1 : Arrival in Kathmandu.
You will be welcomed by one of our representatives at Tribhuvan International Airport and transferred to the hotel. You will enjoy Nepali cuisine in an authentic Nepali restaurant. We spend the night at an elevation of 1200 meters in Kathmandu.

Day 2 : Sightseeing tour in Kathmandu and Trek preparation
Today after breakfast we start a guided tour to several of the most historical and spiritual attractions in Kathmandu which are also listed as UNESCO World Heritage sites. We visit the historic Durbar Square, the sacred Hindu temple of Pashupatinath, the famous ‘Monkey Temple’ (Swayambhunath) and Buddhist shrine (Bouddhanath), which is also one of the largest stupas in the world. At noon, we get our equipment checked by our trekking leader, get introduced to fellow participants, and discuss our trip at our office. Overnight in Kathmandu.

Day 3 : Kathmandu to Besisahar
Drive Kathmandu to Bulbulle (840m). You will drive along the Prithivi highway and turn off to Besisahar (6-7 hours) and then continue on smaller roads to Bulbulle where you will spend the night. You will enjoy excellent views of Himalchuli and Nagdichuli from Bulbulle.

Day 4 : Bhulbhule to Jagat

  • Max Altitude : 1300m (1265ft)
  • Hike Duration : 5 Hours
Starting from this day, our daily routine will include invigorating abs and arms workouts, focusing on strengthening the triceps and glutes, as well as incorporating rejuvenating yoga sessions to prepare our bodies before embarking on our hiking adventures. Today we cross and then follow the Marshyangdi river enjoying views of Manaslu in and arrive at Bahundanda. From there, the trail goes steeply down until you cross the stream and head back up to Lilli Bir. The trail continues high above the river before dropping down to again cross Marshyangdi at Syange. From there it is a steep climb to Jagat.

Day 5 : Jagat to Dharapani

  • Max Altitude : 1920m (6299ft)
  • Hike Duration : 5 Hours
After breakfast we go along the Marsyangdi river after a steep climb we enter the vicinity of Manang region at the village named tal .here we see several waterfalls forming a river by the sandy beaches. We follow a trail through barley, rice, and potato fields. and pass through the village of Kodo which is one of the biggest villages in the Manang valley. We cross a suspension bridge, and after a short climb of the stone Kani, we reach Dharapani. Finally, we complete the 3rd day of our Annapurna trek with energy and enthusiasm.

Day 6 : Dharapani to Chame

  • Max Altitude : 2630m (8629ft)
  • Hike Duration : 6 Hours
Marking the end of the great Marshyangdi Gorge, make a steep climb to Timang, then the trails settles into gentler slopes as the vegetation transforms from dense pine forests to drier slopes. The district headquarters of Manang, Chame, is the largest settlement after Beshisahar.

Day 7 : Chame to Pisang

  • Max Altitude : 3300m (10827ft)
  • Hike Duration : 5 Hours
We walk through a steep and narrow valley to have our first view of a massive wall of rock that is considered very sacred to the local people, Paungda Danda rock face, a⁸ curved rock face rising 1 from the river. From here, we also see clear views of Annapurna II at the south and Pisang Peak in the northeast. Next, we descend to the Manang Valley floor

Day 8 : Pisang to Manang

  • Max Altitude : 3540m (11614ft)
  • Hike Duration : 6 Hours
Day Eight takes us along a steep ridge overlooking the Manang Valley, with views of Tilicho Peak in the distance. We'll go down past Manang's small airstrip. Our next waypoint, Hongde, waits at the foot of Annapurna III. Next, we'll head through the wide Sabje Khola valley where we can see Annapurna III. A wooden bridge takes us to Mungji village. We'll travel along planted fields to Bryaga and its monastery, then down to Manang. We will have excellent views of most of the Annapurna range along the last leg of today's trek.

Day 9 : Acclimatisation day in Manang

  • Max Altitude : 3540m (11614ft)
Spend a day here to acclimatise by doing some high climbing, the return to the lower altitude of Manang for the night. Manang, a village of about 500 flat-roofed house, offers excellent views of Annapurna II, Annapurna III, Gangapurna and chulu East

Day 10 : Manang to Yak kharka

  • Max Altitude : 4018m (13182ft)
  • Hike Duration : 5 Hours
From Manang village, the trail crosses a stream, climbs to a village of Tenki and continues to climb out of the Marshyangdi Valley turning northwest up the valley of Jarsang Khola. The trail follows this valley northward, passing a few pastures and a scrub of juniper trees, as it steadily gains elevation. The trail further passes near the small village of Ghunsa, a cluster of flat mud roofs just below the trailhead. Now the trail goes through meadows where horses and yaks graze. After crossing a small river on a wooden bridge, the trail passes an ancient old Mani wall in a pleasant meadow and then reaches another small village of Yak Kharka. Overnight at Yak Karka.

Day 11 : Yak kharka to Phedi

  • Max Altitude : 4450m (14599ft)
  • Hike Duration : 5 Hours
It is an uphill walk to Thorang Phedi. After walking for some time we cross a suspension bridge and reach Ledar village. We ascend furthermore and pass through towering cliffs before reaching Thorang Phedi, the last village before Thorong La pass. On this trip we are rewarded with one of the best views of Mt. Gundang, Mt. Syagang, Thorung Peak and Mt. Khatungkan. The word Phedi in Nepalese is referred to as the foot of a mountain. Overnight in Thorong Phedi. Overnight in Thorang Phedi.

Day 12 : Phedi to Muktinath Via Thorang la Pass Summit

  • Max Altitude : 5416m (17769ft)
  • Hike Duration : 8 Hours
Muktinath (3760m) - Thorang La (5416m). It will be an early start to the day to ascend to the famous Thorang pass, the climax of your trek. The well trodden trail is steep as you climb steadily up towards the summit of Thorang La. You will soon feel the effects of the higher altitude and it can be difficult to navigate if there is a snow on the pass. It will take around 4 hours to reach the top where there prayer flags and chortens decorate the summit. From here, you will be an awe at the spectacular view from the pass of the Annapurnas and the Kali Gandaki valley. After some rest, you will start the steep and sometimes slippery descent down to Muktinath – this should also take around 4 hours passing through the village of Phedi.

Day 13 : Muktinath to Jomsom

  • Max Altitude : 3800m (12467ft)
  • Hike Duration : 5 Hours
The hike down the Kali Gandaki valley is beautiful and dramatic. We'll pass Jharkot and Khingar villages and stick to the valley floor most of the way to Jomsom. Dhaulagiri and Nilgiri are visible most of the way. Jomsom itself is quite large compared to most of the villages so far, and a great place to spend our last night of real trekking.

Day 14 : Jomsom to Pokhara

  • Max Altitude : 2800m (9186ft)
  • Hike Duration : 25 Minutes
We catch a flight from Jomsom to Pokhara and stay in Pokhara for the night.

Day 15 : Pokhara to Kathmandu
After spending a memorable time in Pokhara which concludes the Annapurna Circuit trek , we will drive to Kathmandu which takes approximately 7 hours by tourist bus. Today you can just relax in the hotel or go shopping. Overnight in Kathmandu.

Day 16 : FInal Departure

This is your last day in Nepal, you will leave Nepal with breathtaking memories. Farewell to your guides, yogi and new friends.
