Terms of Service

Clients should acknowledge and understand that engaging in outdoor adventure activities entails inherent risks. While Nepal Dare Adventures Pvt. Ltd, takes every possible measure to ensure your safety, you voluntarily assume these risks. We require all travelers to have travel insurance arranged through their local insurance providers.

Please be aware that adventure travel in Nepal may be subject to transportation delays, power outages, and unforeseen circumstances. We kindly request that you allow ample time for your trips and provide us with a 48-hour notice for any trip bookings or modifications.

By submitting the booking form or processing your payment online, you confirm that you comprehend the inherent risk associated with adventure travel and release Nepal Dare Adventures Pvt. Ltd, from any liability for injury or fatality incurred while in the presence of our representatives, guides, or vendors.

Cancellation Policy

At Nepal Dare Adventures, we strive to ensure a seamless experience for the tours you book with us. However, should you decide to cancel your booking, the following refund structure applies:

• Day Trips/Short Tours (excluding treks): If you cancel your day trip or short tour in writing (email) at least 48 hours before the departure date, you will receive a 100% refund of any payments made, excluding a 10% non-refundable administrative fee.
• Treks: If you cancel your trek more than 4 weeks in advance of the departure date, you are entitled to a full refund, excluding the trek deposit (deposits are non-refundable). Cancellations made within 4 weeks of the departure date for treks, peak climbs, or other expeditions requiring permits, government documents, and flights will result in forfeiture of any fees associated with your booking, minus a 20% trip deposit or administrative fee.
• No-shows: No-shows will not receive any refunds.
